A. At FriskyShoes.com, We intend to satisfy all potential buyers, unfortunately, we DO NOT split cases. You have to buy a case of the same color and style, with assorted sizes.

A. The prices listed on the website are per pair, not per case.


Q. What days are you open and what are your business hours?

A. FriskyShoes.com is available for on-line orders 24 hours a day seven days a week ready to receive and process your orders. Our office hours are:

Monday - Thursday: 9am to 6pm (Eastern Time)
Friday: 9am to 4pm (Eastern Time)
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

A. FriskyShoes.com imports current merchandise the same styles you can find in the leading department stores. We purchase merchandise that is exclusive for FriskyShoes.com. We also purchase current season closeouts as well as styles that are closeouts from last year. All of the shoes at FriskyShoes.com are an excellent value. Our close out prices are always significantly below regular wholesale prices.

 

Q. Are the shoes are used or seconds at FriskyShoes.com?

A. No. FriskyShoes.com does not stock seconds or factory irregulars. All the shoes at FriskyShoes.com are new and are in original cases.

 

Q. What different methods of payment do you accept?

A. FriskyShoes.com accept all major credit cards, Wire Transfers, Money orders and Certified checks.

 

Q. What is the shipping method that is used?

A. FriskyShoes.com uses UPS to ship their packages.

 

Q. Do you ship merchandise outside of the U.S.?

A. FriskyShoes.com, calculates shipping costs for International Shipments, based on the rates that they receive from UPS. Rates are calculated based on Actual Gross Weight, and Dimensional Weight

 

Q. Do I pay the duties and taxes for shipments sent internationally?

A. FriskyShoes.com, is not responsible for the duties and taxes for international shipments. The customer assumes all responsibilities for payments for duties and taxes on overseas shipments.

A. Usually in one case there are between 1-3 colors, though in certain circumstances alternative arrangements can be made.

  

Q. Do you stock special sizes?
