CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

FriskyShoes.com will replace a product or issue a refund at no cost to the customers if the product is delivered with one of these 2 conditions.

1. Wrong product - If you received a wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within 3 business days and we will arrange for you to return the incorrect product (at our expense) and we will ship you the correct product or issue you a full refund (including shipping charges).

2. Defective Product - If you received a defective product, please notify us within 2 business days and we will assign a Returned Merchandise Authorization Form for you to return the product (at our expense) back to us. After we have examined and confirmed the defective product we will ship out a replacement to you right away or credit back your money .

 

PROCEDURE TO FILE FOR RETURNS:

If your products meet one of the conditions above, you have 3 days after you have received your merchandise to file for a return.

You can dounload here our Returned Merchandise Authorization Formfill it up, and email it to info@FriskyShoes.com, or fax it to 1+954-986-4443, or call our customer service at 954-965-4447 between our hours of operation with the following information:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your billing address
• Your e-mail address
• Your original order number

After you have received your Returned Merchandise Authorization Form, please include a copy of your invoice and your RA number. Please also write the RA# on the outside of the packaging.

We'll send ups to pick up the boxes from your location.

If you decide to use another carrier other than UPS, you are responsible for all return fees. Return fees are non-refundable. "Buyer" is responsible for all shipping costs if "Seller" is not at fault.

Credit Card Refund: Credit back to your credit card will take 2 weeks to appear on your credit card from the day we have received the returned products.

PayPal Refund: Refund will be issued via PayPal back to your account within 2 weeks from the day we have received the returned products.

Other Refund: Either company check or company credits will be given to the customers for the value of the returned products.

 

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

• No returns will be accepted after 14 days of delivery, regardless of reasons.

•  We will not accept returns if you do not like the looks or quality of the products.

• Any return requests that are submitted that is not considered either to be a defect or incorrect style shipped, will be charged a restocking fee of 15% and the return shipping costs will be our customer’s responsibility. In this situation we will not refund shipping costs.

• Any refused shipment sent back to FriskyShoes.com does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. The customer will have to make arrangements with FriskyShoes.com to receive the refused shipment again.

 

REFUND TIMEFRAME

FriskyShoes.com processes most returns within 7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise to our warehouse. Please note: Once we initiate the credit for your FriskyShoes.com return, the actual date that the refund is posted to your account is determined by the company which issued the original payment. Please be patient, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact that company directly for further assistance. .

International Return/Exchange Instructions

International FriskyShoes.com customers have 30 days from their order date to return their goods. All international orders must be returned via UPS and must include a Returned Merchandise Authorization Form. Please send an email to our customer service center to receive your RA number. Returns sent without the RA form may not be refunded for the full amount.

Unfortunately, FriskyShoes.com cannot refund your original shipping and handling fees. We are also unable to offer free return shipping for international orders. Any costs for shipping your returned order back to our Returns Department will be subtracted from your refund total.
