Shipping Policy

When you place an order with FriskyShoes.com, you will receive an order confirmation message immediately. You will also receive an additional email with UPS tracking information. Don't forget, we ship Monday through Friday only. Standard shipping is usually delivered in 5 to 7 business days.
FriskyShoes.com goal is to provide a wide selection shoes & accessories 24 hours-a-day. We will make every effort to ship your order in the same day the order is placed. Our normal order processing time is between 1 to 2 business days. Delays may occur for products on back order, in limited availability or on special order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Our products are shipped using UPS. We will use International Express or Freight Carriers for international orders. FriskyShoes.com shipping fees are equal to UPS shipping costs based on the weight of the item(s) ordered.
UPS does not deliver for FriskyShoes.com on Saturdays or Sundays, or on national and federal holidays.. FriskyShoes.com ships Monday through Friday only, excluding national and federal holidays, to addresses in the U.S. Sorry, but we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or to military APO/FPO addresses.
Shipments that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to additional shipping cost, transaction and insurance fees. The customer must make arrangement with us to reship the products again. Any refused shipment does not constitute a cancellation. Furthermore, any shipments returned "REFUSED" for any reason will be permanently dropped as a distributor and no further shipments will be made.

It is never our intention to make any profit from our customers on shipping cost. We provide several top freight and trucking companies in order to provide the best and lowest shipping rates for our customers.
The rates displayed on the checkout page for shipping are only estimates, especially for international orders. If you have questions regarding shipping rates, please contact us directly and we will quote the best rate based on the actual dimension, weight and location.
FriskyShoes.com gladly accepts orders from all around the globe, except some restricted countries imposed by the U.S. Government such as Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Afghanistan, Angola, Rwanda, and Syria. Invoices do not include duties or other taxes. We use UPS Worldwide for international shipments, unless specified by the customer.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
International Delivery Times: Your shipping carrier will be determined at checkout. Delivery may take up to 18 business days.

Order Confirmation
When you place an order on FriskyShoes.com, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you don’t receive this email, contact Customer Service. Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email.
Tracking Your Order
You can truck you order by login your account on our website by clicking on the "MY ACCOUNT" Link.
You can also track your order on UPS websites (www.ups.com) using the tracking number provided in the shipping notification email.
